Teleworking and the strictly administrative function in a public university in Peru

Abstract

Teleworking has undergone a significant change in recent years, radically transforming the strictly administrative function in the public university. This is because they have begun to define policies on teleworking. The objective of the research was to establish the positive relationship that exists between teleworking and the strictly administrative function in a public university in Peru. The descriptive, observational, transversal and correlational quantitative method was used, with a descriptive and correlational level of research, whose sample was made up of 37 administrative personnel. In the theoretical context, it was based on the review of the literature and the opinions of social actors. To manage and examine the information we use descriptive and inferential statistics methods, which is achieved through the Pearson correlation coefficient, for the teleworking variable R = 0.969, and for the strictly administrative function variable R = 0.969, accepting that there is a very high positive relationship, with a significance level p =0.000 being less than 5% (p < 0.05). Finally, it is concluded that teleworking has a very high positive relationship with the strictly administrative function in a public university in Peru.
